They will give you a ride if needed while your vehicle gets worked on and they will also pick you up and they wash your car before giving it back to you. Be it annual service or a weird noise coming from the engine compartment, I call Bozzani Volkswagen because they're so friendly and always so accommodating. I typically am afforded the opportunity to use a loaner car, and the service advisors always keep me up to date on my VW's status and what it's estimated service time is. For short service visits, Bozzani provides a courtesy shuttle that I usually take to the nearby mall. Check out Bozzani VW and you'll understand why I drive 30 miles to bring my car here. More
