As always the service was excellent. Ruben Sandoval has been helping me for years when I take my 2009 VW bug in for servicing. He gives me the information I need about the things making my poor old bug sick. I really appreciate the rides to and from the dealership as well as calls for updating me on the issues. This is very helpful as often you have to get parts sent in as this is also an old manual transmission. I really love the service I have received. More

Worst dealship I've ever bought a car from. They don't stick by their word. They give you the run around, pass you from one employee to another with the hopes that you just stop calling them to They don't stick by their word. They give you the run around, pass you from one employee to another with the hopes that you just stop calling them to hold them to their promises from when they were selling you on a car. They sell a "we are a family" vibe that is total BS. Unless they meant a TOXIC disfunctional family. I have a whole story with detailed information on why this is the worst dealership but they (VW and specifically Jesse, Nick, Corey etc.) are not worth the time. More
