Samantha is such a nice lady, I actually wanted to but an extra car just so I could make up for being late. She came in on Sunday when she was off, this is all after I didn't show up three times. There is no one nicer, unlike the usual predators you get at most dealerships. This lady is adorable and just happy and smiley... you almost want to have her explain more car features just so you can hang out with her. If you ever can buy a car from her just because, go ahead and do it. I bought MY SECOND CC. They have only been around since 2009. These things are the flyest. I nicknamed it the iCar. Absolutely the Apple of Cars. Samantha gave me a hug when I left and I was really happy. I usually leave dealerships (especially the ones in Pasadena and Glendale) feeling like I need a flea bath and to report a strong arm robbery of my wallet at the dealership. I liked Samantha so much, I would have purchased a motorized wheelbarrow. More

Service I have been working with Reuben and Jesse for over three (3) years now and they are absolutely the nicest and most helpful people in the Auto service industry you will ever meet. I drive an extra over three (3) years now and they are absolutely the nicest and most helpful people in the Auto service industry you will ever meet. I drive an extra 20 miles to go to the Bozzani Volkswagen (I live in Pasadena) because the service is so much better. On the other hand, the PASADENA Volkswagen is run like an asylum where the inmates have taken over and been given a box of Tequila bottles. No one knows who you are, or cares for that matter. They sit there babbling amongst each other while I am just standing there waiting for service and when the get busy, forget it. Needless to say, even if my car needed something and I was literally in front of the Pasadena Volkswagen, I WILL NOT GO IN THERE!!! I would much rather walk 20 miles to Bozzani or call them to pick me up. More

Samantha got my wife the Passat SEL. The car is great. Has all the bells and whistles. I am very happy with the price and payment. Before I made the purchase, I contacted my broker and VW dealership close me. They told me the price and payment Samantha quoted was impossible. It wasn't. Bozzani is a fantastic place to buy a car. I must of called 10 dealerships trying to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I had a high expectation that I thought would never have been met, but Bozzani far exceeded my "new car buying" experience. I will never buy another VW from anyone else.. Bozzani certainly has the best customer service you can ask for. I was prepared to drive to Las Vegas to purchase a used car I found on the internet, when I saw bad reviews for that dealership. I decided to look for a car closer to me, I'm in Barstow. The morning my wife and I were planning to leave for Vegas, I found a used car at Bozzani, same year, make, and model as the one in LV, but 20,000 miles less and $1,000.00 more. So I called and talked with Samantha. I told her that I had a check from my bank and wanted to purchase the car. She hashed it out with her manager to get me the car at the same price as the one in Vegas, and I drove 1.5 hours to Bozzani. I was surprised at the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the dealership. There were no salespeople knocking each other over at the sight of "new meat", and no stress while waiting for the documents and car to be ready. When we arrived, we were greeted by Samantha, test drove the car and loved it! I misunderstood Samantha aobut my trade-in, so she talked with her manager, and they hooked us up with a great deal, and we drove home. It was the best dealer experience I have EVER had. We HIGHLY recommend the Bozzani dealership, and the entire sales team. Thanks Bozzani! More
