I am a second time customer of the Bozzani dealerships, I previously leased a Volvo from your dealership. I have purchased, or been involved in purchasing about 9 vehicles in my lifetime and I would have to previously leased a Volvo from your dealership. I have purchased, or been involved in purchasing about 9 vehicles in my lifetime and I would have to say that this is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jason and Tony both made the experience both pleasurable and easy. I'm not sure who the finance gentleman was but he was great as well. They found the car I was looking for and were able to quote me a price via internet. They were also able to check my credit and give me my finance qualifications within 20 minutes of filing the online form. The last piece of the puzzle was my trade. They fairly quoted my trade within minutes of my arrival on your lot. Jason found my car at another location and had it in Covina within 2 hours which was perfect because I wanted my husband to be present when I signed the paperwork. All in all I spent less than an hour purchasing my car at your establishment. I will recommend friends and family to your establishment and continue to rave about the exemplary treatment I received there. The good folks at Bozzani VW, namely Jason Brennecke and Rick Holguin, helped me purchase the nicest vehicle I have owned to date: a 2013 Passat TDI SEL Premium. While I waited 2+ weeks for the right color (interior/exterior) vehicle to become available, both Jason and Rick kept me updated with the status of the vehicle. When it had arrived, they honored the price that they quoted me from the month before: no haggling! I dealt with Jerry when signing the purchase contract and he was just as friendly and laid back as Jason and Rick. He did not try to break me down and sell me the various warranties and packages that VW offered. He made sure I was aware of what was available and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. Overall, this was probably my best/easiest car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW. It was worth the drive for me from OC to Covina. Thank you! More

This was by far the BEST sales experience of my life for any major purchase I have made. I delt with Jasn over the internet to negioate the price of my car (Jetta SEL Premium) in teh exact color I wanted w any major purchase I have made. When I arrived at Bozzani, I delt worked with Rick who already had my car cleaned and preped and ready for me. He was extremely knowledge and explained everything to me regarding the process and at no time did I feel like I being taken advantage of. Once I went to deal with Mark, the paperwork literally only took 10 min tops, he explained everything so detailed that I knew what I was signing and I had no questions. The whole purchase only took 30 min. tops!!! It was so quick and I was in and out. After dealing with the staff at Boaazni I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the market to purchase a VW, they are the best and definately have me as a customer for my future purchases. More
