I contacted Multiple Volkswagen dealerships online in the Los Angeles area looking to do a early trade in on my 2010 CC for a new Jetta Sportswagen. Bozzani was the first to respond and the ONLY ONE to actua Los Angeles area looking to do a early trade in on my 2010 CC for a new Jetta Sportswagen. Bozzani was the first to respond and the ONLY ONE to actually follow up promptly(or sometimes at all to be honest) regarding my questions. Rick helped me at first but then the sale was taken over by tony. After being offered a very fair deal, I drove down to sign the paperwork. I went in half excepting to get snow jobbed(thinking things were going too easy) but there was zero haggling, no mark up/price change from what I was quoted and NO PRESSURE. My last experience at a different dealership(*cough* pasadena *cough*)had left a very sour taste in my mouth but I'm very happy to say that Bozzani was and has been great. I've even been taking the car there for the standard maintenance vs pasadena because of the difference - a 45min drive vs. 5min. I'm a very satisfied customer and would gladly recommend Bozzani to anybody looking for extremely low pressure(and for me non-existent)sales, friendly service(of course I can only speak for those who helped me) and a good deal. Shopping for a new car is not easy. I know I wanted a VW after my beloved Jetta was destroyed. I dealt with Louie for the purchase. I test drove the car and said I need to wait for my insurance to settle after my beloved Jetta was destroyed. I dealt with Louie for the purchase. He never said "I can put you in this car today" or anything resembling the cliched dealer response. About a week later, Louie called to follow up and I told him I was moving forward. I was not pressured at all which made the dealer experience even better. More
