He always makes sure the car is well maintained and trys to keep my cost down. My goal is to put 300,000 on the car and when the time comes I will be purchasing my next new car from Bozzani. I've never been disapppointed with the service or the friendliness of Bozzani's employees. I love browsing and checking out the new cars when dropping off my Beetle for service and the sales people are great about answering questions, even knowing that I'm just browsing and not ready to make a purchase. In this day in age where social media is so critical to a car dealership’s success, I researched online to see how consumers rated their car purchasing experience at Bozzani Volkswagen. To my surprise, I found almost nothing but positive comments from consumers. I was a bit weary at first, but decided to take a chance by contacting their internet department regarding a 2010 Lexus IS Sedan. I was promptly and respectfully contacted by their management team. I informed Rick, Tony, and Louie that I wanted to test drive the car and that I was in the market to buy a car within a 3-4 week window. They were very accommodating to my schedule. Although it was the end of the year where most dealerships are only concerned with hitting year-end sales quotas, Rick did not pressure me at all into buying the car during or after the test drive. When it came time to purchase the car Tony, Rick, and Louie made a point to ensure that my purchasing experience was positive and that they genuinely wanted to earn my business. They found a way to offer me a fair and equitable deal based on the research I provided them and wanted to live up to their cyber space reputation. Based on my prior car purchasing experiences, Bozzani’s willingness to negotiate the price of the car that was already reasonably priced was unprecedented because most dealerships are only concerned about profits and commission and not about the consumer purchasing experience. From the moment I researched Bozzani's consumer reviews to the final moment I walked off their dealership, I was very impressed with Bozzani in making my car purchasing experience unforgettably positive especially because the deal was completed expeditiously allowing me to go about my day. My new Golf TDI is my fourteenth new car purchase, and thanks to Wes it was by far the smoothest transaction of all. Within 30 minutes I had selected the car and agreed to a great deal. I've been a VW/Audi driver consistently since high school, but this has been my first brand new car. Byron was friendly and did not pressure us, and went out of his way to make sure we got the car we school, but this has been my first brand new car. Though we did have some trouble with guy who did our financing, Byron was great to work with and I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the service manager David was a pleasure to meet, and he quickly addressed an issue I had over the rear wiper blade. His professionalism and friendliness in dealing with this deserves merit, and as a result, I'll be returning to Bozanni for future service/maintenance on the car. Lastly, my wife and I absolutely love out new 2013 Golf TDI. This car hits all the right notes for us in our place of life, for being a car that's fun, practical, comfortable, and fuel efficient.
