I had a good experience at Bozzani. Samantha, Jerry, Jason and Rueben were professional and friendly. Mark, in finance helped me to get Volksawagen financing but wasn't as friendly as the rest of the st Jason and Rueben were professional and friendly. From the moment i sent the first email telling the team at Bozzani what I wanted, i received a quick reply back, with a quote from Louie. I quickly came in that day test drove the car WIth Rick, which was at Bozzani what I wanted, i received a quick reply back, with a quote from Louie. I quickly came in that day test drove the car WIth Rick, which was great to talk to, knew all of the information on and options on the car. Signed all of the paperwork with the GSM Jason, who was a pleasure to deal with, everything went smoothly, and i was in and out very quickly. Also met with Tony when Rick was not there and he too was great to work with, and showed me how to use all of the features of the car, and car was delivered as promised. Couldnt of asked for a faster service than was presented at Bozzani. Purchased a 2012 VW Jetta for my mother months ago at Puente Hills and their staff was no where near as experienced, caring, and informative as Bozzani. Regret buying from them, but Bozzani has definitely earned my business for a lifetime, as well as anyone who is looking for a VW on my end. Thanks again guys i love the new 2013 VW CC. More
