A coworker recommended Bozzani VW for my new car purchase, and at first I ruled this place out since it was a little far outside of the city. I am so happy I decided to give them a call! The second I began discussing options and pricing over the phone with the Sales Manager Jason, I knew my experience was going to be relatively painless and pleasant. I shopped around on prices, and even though other dealers were able to beat what I was quoted over the phone by Jason, I was compelled to give them a chance for my business solely based off of his honesty and professionalism. We were able to work out a fair deal over the phone so I made the shlep out to Covina to meet with Jason and his team. The second I stepped onto the lot, I knew I made the right choice. Jason was very well prepared for my arrival with both Tony and Byron taking care of my girlfriend Courtney and I as we were both in the market for cars. The entire process was friendly, professional, and efficient. I worked with Tony who was an incredibly knowledgeable and personal guy who was eager to answer any question I threw at him. After about 2 hours all the paperwork was finished, and Courtney and I were nothing but smiles the entire time. In three years I will be right back at Bozzani to turn my lease in, and lease 2 new cars from them! I recommendly this place very highly, and have already suggested a friend to head out to Covina to meet with Jason and the guys at Buzzoni VW. I purchased my first Volkswagen in 2000 and first dealt with Jerry Tomeo, my experience was the best car buying I had ever had and decided then that I would continue to go back. I must admit that prior to purchasing from Bozzani I absolutely HATED going into any car dealership, most I found were pushy and the time spent there was hours and hours and would only frustrate me. I have recently been working with Samantha Urie and absolutely LOVE her! I must admit I've gotten quite spoiled with her, she gets me exactly what I'm looking for and will go to lengths to get me exactly what I'm looking for. She is the most patient and friendly sales person that I've met, and Mark makes the paperwork take minutes instead of hours which is pleasant experience and makes me a happy camper :) I am not one to write reviews but I cant say enough about the GREAT service that Bozzani provides.
