I appreciate the great customer service, Jesse, whom I've known the longest, always greets me at the door, making me feel welcomed... He's alway attentive... I've always had his undivided attention... He listens well to my concerns when I go in for service and he's always been accommodating. Ruben is another awesome part of dealing with Bozzani VW. He is a great guy, I appreciate how he'd call me to touch base with me to let me know how things are going and that brings reassurance that my car is in good hands!! . I've recently had trouble with my beloved VW GLI... It's now out of warranty, and Ruben brought to my attention that there were certain parts that VW does cover, even out of the standard warranty. I appreciate that Bozanni has AMAZING EMPLOYEES, they have employees who are honest and maintain EXCELLENT INTEGRITY which is a REFLECTION OF THE REPUTATION OF BOZZANI VW....!!!! I absolutely appreciate the care and I get from these two wonderful guys....!!! They really are a HUGE value to the company.... Outstanding and Freindly Service I always use Bozzani VW for the maintenance on my leased VWs. Recently, I dropped off my 2014 CC for the 10,000 mile service. The service writer walked out of the office to greet me, knew my name, processed the paperwork quickly, and offered me a cup of coffee while waiting for the dealership driver to run me to the office. The driver is a super-friendly guy who transported me in a spotlessly clean VW van, and picked me up a couple of hours later. My car was services, washed, and the check-out processed in moments. Thank you Bozzani for another great experience! More

My husband and I called to confirm t Tried to buy a car here using the USAA car buying experience. Bozzani VW had the lowest price through True Car. My husband and I called to confirm they had two Jetta TDI SE's in stock before driving for an hour with our infant son to buy one. Initially, we spoke with Jeff Dixon. He said he was in charge of internet sales. he confirmed they had two cars in stock and available. however, when my husband asked him to confirm they would honor the true car price, he said he would need to get back to us because both cars were out on test drives. He NEVER called us back. We then proceeded to call back and spoke with Rich who confirmed they still had two Jetta TDI SE's in stock and they had not been sold. when we got there we saw both cars. One of them Rich told us had JUST been delivered and was not even ready to be test driven. when we sat down with Rich to finalize things, we showed him the true car certificate. Initially, he said we would need to finance through them in order for the true car price to be guaranteed. When we agreed to do so, he said he needed to run everything by a manager. That was the last we saw of Rich. We were then greeted by Sal, the manager of sales, who informed us someone had "put their name" on the vehicle we wanted, and it was not longer available. He said that no one except for him was aware of this since he is the manager of sales. We told him that would be fine and we would be willing to buy the other vehicle in stock. He left, and approximately 15-20 minutes later informed my husband they were trading the other vehicle with another dealership and could not sell it to us. Again, he said no one else was aware of this, which is why we were told multiple times that both cars were available. we were offered no apologies or alternate options. When we called USAA to discuss what happened they confirmed that planning to trade a vehicle with another dealership would not preclude them from selling the car in any way. the whole point of true car is to eliminate these types of shady and deceptive tactics. This is my third VW, and I would highly recommend New Century Volkswagen in Glendale or Volkswagen Alhambra. Better customer service and they always honor the true car price without any fuss. More
