I typically am afforded the opportunity to use a loaner car, and the service advisors always keep me up to date on my VW's status and what it's estimated service time is. The only person who isn't up to the caliber of the rest of the dealership's persinel is a fellow by the name of Dante. He is overbearing and has an overdeveloped ego. We almost walked out of the dealership during our last purchase, but decided that one individual could not have the power to sour the relationship we have built with Bozzani VW. He is the reason I am rating the customer service a 4 instead of a 5. By the way, Greg Bozzani is a gentleman and he genially cares about making his dealership customer friendly.
