I am happy to say that when I called to ask if parts available to do this, the service department adviser schedule me in immediately without hesitation and delays. Great, timely service! I called a few days prior and made an appointment there at Bozzani. The morning I dropped the car, Ruben came out to greet me; very professional. I informed him that I had my toddler with me and if they could kinda put a rush on my service at which he noted they would do their best. He also informed me of local eateries and the waiting area. After eating at a local eatery, we returned to the dealership and hung out in the waiting area, which happens to be very "Kid Friendly!" While waiting, my toddler and I were greeted multiple times by managers and asked if I was being taken care of; again, very professional. In short, they had my service completed under 2-hrs, in which they found an additional issue while servicing it and took care of it. And we were off and running. More
