I consider myself fairly savvy when purchasing vehicles whether online or at the dealer to where I commonly do it for friends and family. This experience was unique because I was purchasing a new vehicle and then having it shipped to New Mexico. From the minute I submitted my online request to when I was contacted by Ted and Josh, I have nothing but praise for the employees and the Covina Kia dealer. The vehicle they quoted had not yet arrived and they gave a projection date on its arrival. In the meantime Ted took the time to show me a similar vehicle and go over all the options. I hd done my own research but was impressed by Teds knowledge. From there the application was submitted and had an instant decision. On top of that Josh showed me the invoice in case i had a suspicion as to their bottom line pricing. All i can say is there was no haggling, they were responsive, they were open and upfront about pricing, they were patient with me in the process, they were super efficient, and they have excellent customer service. After purchasing the vehicle there have been a couple of hiccups to no fault of the dealer, I contacted Wes and Shawn via phone, because Ted and Josh were not available. To my surprise they were extremely helpful and picked up where Josh and Ted left off even though they were part of the initial deal. I laud this dealership for their excellent service and have already recommended them to friends. This place hit a Home Run! RG More

Went there with my wife to BUY a used Honda Civic. No problem with the car or the salesman. Don't recall his name but he had a heavy accent. Went in to make the deal. This was a car that they had for quite some time. Oh well. I guess they didn't want my check. Was willing to pay for the car on the spot. No finance. So why does the sales manager keep talking finance? Why? Then he wants to show me another car in "the back". This car didn't even have bumpers! Are you kidding me? Oh, they are in the paint shop. Seen enough, I'm out. Went right to another dealership and bought a car that day. Five days later, get a call from "quality assurance". Tell him my story and he gives me a half hearted apology once he found out I got a car somewhere else. Next day I get a call from a different sales manager. Tell him my story. He says he is sorry and offers me the car at the price I want. I guess he wasn't paying attention when I told him at the beginning of the conversation that I already bought a car. When I told him a second time, he quickly replied "Happy new year, goodbye". What a joke. Would NEVER, EVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know. What a bunch of amateurs. The used car boss even admitted he doesn't like Kia's. They are clowns..... Take your hard earned money somewhere else....... More
I walked into Covina Kia not being aware that I was going to depart the lot driving a brand new Kia Soul. Being a full time college student with a part time job, I would have not believed this to be possible to depart the lot driving a brand new Kia Soul. Being a full time college student with a part time job, I would have not believed this to be possible. The staff at Covina Valley Kia are the absolute best, and very very kind. I had the opportunity to meet with Nick Longo, a salesman at this family owned Kia dealership where he made me feel welcome and assured me that my possibilities in driving off with a new car were great. the process was easy, surprisingly quick, and very straight after. After only two hours of being in the dealership, I had a new car. I feel very appreciative knowing that dealerships like Covina Valley Kia still exist. Good customer service and a kind salesman go a long way! Thank you very much Covina Valley Kia, and thank you, Nick Longo! More

Went in to "look" at the Kia Sportage since I just sold my truck (30 mins prior). Looked at the highest model the red one but fell in love with the lx ( mainly the price) . They were able to find just sold my truck (30 mins prior). Looked at the highest model the red one but fell in love with the lx ( mainly the price) . They were able to find me my red one with everything I wanted and a bigger touch screen than what's stock. Also was able to get it at a great price and within my budget. Took about 4 1/2 hours die to the car was in downtown LA but worth it I love my 2013 Sportage! My first experience buying a new car and was a good one. I would recommend this Kia dealer very helpful and friendly and non pressuring. More
I had previously gone to another Kia dealership and they never followed up on my interest. While doing my grocery shopping I stopped by Covina Valley Kia just to "take a look". The staff was so welcoming and inviting, I decided that I was going to purchase my new car from Coving Valley Kia, even if I didn't get it that very day. The sales process was so smooth, it changed my mind and outlook that purchasing a new vehicle does not have to be painfu, thanks to Covina Valley Kia (Mike Boice). Everyone that I met from the initial step onto the lot starting with an unbelievable, professional Sales Consultant as Mike Boice who demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Mike Boice if you are ever looking to purchase a car here, no doubt about it! Finance Department Kal was able find a finance program that ensured our long term satisfaction and Parts/Service Department were very helpful on scheduling the alarm and future maintenace of oil changes neccessary, they all made me feel great about my purchase of my new 2013 Kia Optima.
