I have to say my experience with purchasing my new KIA Soul was as good as it gets. I had no pressure from any of the sales people who I worked with. They worked with me all the way through to the end to Soul was as good as it gets. I had no pressure from any of the sales people who I worked with. They worked with me all the way through to the end to get me the deal and car I wanted. I have owned the car now three weeks and it is a joy to drive and is loaded with so many great features. The car is a computer on wheels. This car has the best warranty of any new car on the market and it has a five star safety rating. I recommend Covina Valley KIA to purchase your next new KIA. More

Liars. Cheaters. After 2 1/2 hours all of a sudden the car I was ready to purchase was "incorrectly" priced. This is after I was told my deal was good to go. This dealership is by far the best dealer in SoCal. I won a Kia on a game show and the dealer I was forced to use was as crooked as the day is long. But Covina was excellent in helping me with add ons, and s a Kia on a game show and the dealer I was forced to use was as crooked as the day is long. I was shopping for a new optima and found what I wanted at covina kia after cling and talking to the manager shawn orr he assured me it was there and would be waiting for me when I got there in about an h at covina kia after cling and talking to the manager shawn orr he assured me it was there and would be waiting for me when I got there in about an hour to my surprise it was not only there but yes it was pulled up front just like he said i went in and asked for him and he came out from his desk area and met me and had a salesman take me for a drive since he was not able to but when we got back he took me and my boyfriend into his desk and worked out an amazing deal for the car I have been looking for and in the color I wanted no changing colors no hard negotiations just a nice easy deal I am very happy with THANK YOU shawn for all your help I will send all of my friends to see you for a car. Liked working with,the man of his word, Shawn Orr. Never before have we worked with someone so understanding to my wants and needs in a vehicle. I did not like the very first man who said "hi" to us outside before have we worked with someone so understanding to my wants and needs in a vehicle. I did not like the very first man who said "hi" to us outside...Sloppy and not knowledgeable witht he vehicles on the lot.....Shawn on the other hand not only knew the vehicles but got what we wanted within one day. The young man who went on the test drive, Jonathan was fantastic. He gave me indight to the different options the car had. I would highly recommend this dealership and tell them to ask for Shawn Orr. Worst Kia Dealership in Southern California!!! The manager at this place Sean/Shawn was disrespectful to me and my family. I originally went in on Saturday, March 24, 2012 to see a Kia sportage. After manager at this place Sean/Shawn was disrespectful to me and my family. I originally went in on Saturday, March 24, 2012 to see a Kia sportage. After some friendly haggling with a salesman, John Weir, we ended up at the price of $24,200 before incentives/rebates/financing. We decided to shop around to see if we could do better at another Kia dealership. On Sunday, I was ready to buy the car at another dealership (Allstar Kia of Pomona) because the deal was better, but I decided to call Covina Valley Kia again to see if they could beat it. I called back and spoke with Sean (John Weir wasn't in) and I told him about the deal that I got at another dealership. I told Sean that I would buy the car from them if they could respect the price ($24,200) before rebates, the rebates (College $750, Kia financing $500), the interest rate (2.90%), and the term (60months). He put me on hold and quickly said that they could do it if I went in that same day. I went in with my family and they began the paperwork. I though it was a done deal until they brought out a sheet with the final price. It appeared as if a 1st grader wrote it (probably to confuse me). Not only did Sean go back on his word, but he had increased the price by over $2000 from the previous agreed number that we discussed with John Weir on Saturday!!! I repeated what we had agreed upon over the phone and Sean said went back to talk to Wess, some other manager. They came out and explained to me why they couldn't give me the deal that I was given over the phone! Sean then proceeded to tell me that I never told him anything about the interest rate!!! I was ready to explode so I stood up, called Sean a "(profanity) liar" and walked out with my family. Long story short, I spent almost 3 hours there just so they could go back on their offer. I would have gone straight to Allstar Kia of Pomona afterwards but it was 9:15 already and they had closed at 9:00. Side note: Vehicles at Covina Valley Kia are about $1000 more expensive than other Kia dealers simply because they force you to purchase their paint-chip warranty which cannot be removed. More

Although I worked with John, everyone in the service department are first rate. They were courteous, professional, and aimed to please. They even honored a coupon from another center.
