I drove from Murrieta to purchase a used 2016 Mazda CX-5. After the test drive, my salesperson started a credit purchase without asking me if it was cash or credit; I was paying cash. I was twice offered a paint protection package, and an anti-theft package, both of which I declined. I asked for a small discount on the sale price. She came back with her "manager" who gave me the price breakdown without the discount I asked for, and the price included the two options I declined for about $2300. When I told the person I did not want the add-ons, I was told the "sales manager" wouldn't sell the car to me without me buying them. I walked out. What a waste of almost four hours of driving time and about $40 in gas. None of this "mandatory" purchase was on the dealer web page; it all feels like a scam. More

Usually I'm very satisfied with my oil change or service experience but this time after calling and asking what exactly my $100 oil change included I got my car back with out a car wash. I took my 2019 chevy Silverado for service and they checked the battery and found out that the battery was not working anymore but because I put 40k miles on my truck it was out of warranty and they tr checked the battery and found out that the battery was not working anymore but because I put 40k miles on my truck it was out of warranty and they tried to sale me a new battery for $275 with 3 years warranty and I told them that if they warranty the battery for 3 years then my battery should be covered but they said no because of to many miles That sounds wrong cause they never warranty the batteries base on miles they warranty the batteries base on time which is 3 years but oh well I called AAA and they install it for $200 thanks AAA More

Me and my friend are shopping around for a used car, he found out that they have the color he wants in stock so I called before and got confirmation that the car doesn’t have any accidents and damages and the price is negotiable. We drive from OC and their sale representative greeted us in the front, as soon as we see the car we notice that front bumper has serious scratches and underneath of the front grill is also broken! we test drive the car and once we sit to talk about pricing , the real part of funny business starts! The first thing the salesperson bring out of his desk is a piece paper with bunch of numbers on it, that he claims that the dealership is losing money based on their cost . We asked to provide drive off total as we are buying in cash. He comes back with a print out with over $2800 aftermarket products implied to the deal without us being informed. Honestly real value of the added craps are not even $200.They misleading buyers and trying to up-charge their customers with non-sense extra add-ons without disclosing this in their advertised price! so unethical and unprofessional!!! take your business somewhere else. More
Dealership did a total bait and switch. Was working with one of the managers, Brandon, on a deal for a vehicle that he assured me had all the options I wanted. I Ubered an hour to the dealership and find out it doesn’t have the options he promised me it had. Then, he said he could find me one with the options I wanted.... but it’ll be more money. What? Or he said I could do a year newer for more money. Total bait and switch. I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for your mistake, especially when we already agreed on a price, and I don’t want to pay more for a vehicle that was supposed to have everything I wanted originally. He wasn’t willing to fix his mistake so I walked away. Very dishonest dealership, would not recommend. More
