I called ahead to make sure someone would be there for an inspection. I was told that there are five(5) inspectors and as long as I was there within 30 minutes there wouldn't be much of a wait. I arrived i inspection. I was told that there are five(5) inspectors and as long as I was there within 30 minutes there wouldn't be much of a wait. I arrived in 20min and was told it would take 45 minutes to inspect my car. 45minutes later I was told that ALL of the inspectors had gone to lunch at the same time. About that time I was approached by the service manager who was very pleasant and trying to remedy the problem by calling one of the inspectors back to work. An hour later my car was brought around and I was told it failed for a tiny star crack in a clear piece of plastic over a reflector that didn't allow any white light through, there wasn't a hole, a part that they don't sell, service, or repair. I was there just under two hours for this failure. I went to TWO other local inspection points and was told by BOTH that COVERT should have passed this car without a problem. So I got to pay for this MONEY GOUGING crooked business practice at their dealership as well as at a reputable service location at $28+ each time. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE BOTH FROM YOU!!!! More
