Apologies for the long read. But it must be read. I recently took not only my car in for warranty service, but also my wife’s. If I can offer a negative star I would. Hid But it must be read. This has been the worst service experience in over 10 years for us. I originally brought me 2022 in after I kept getting a battery going low indicator. At first they refused to replace the battery stating it was ok. I had to explain to them I just drove the car so of course the battery will test “ok” immediately after turning it off. I asked them to keep the truck all day and test in a few hours. They agreed after me asking multiple times and when they finally tested it, the battery failed. They did end up replacing the battery, but only after me having to ask them to test it multiple times. Why try to pass the truck off so fast? Additionally, after specifically asking if they check tire pressures (they said they would), they did not! This truck was in the “quick lane” for God’s sake, the people are supposed to check the tires, battery, brakes etc. For the 3rd issue I asked them to look at, They stated they would need my car for 5 days before they would look at this issue-even after I pointed them to the area of concern! I’m a very experienced tech and the only reason I brought my cars in is because they’re under warranty. My wife’s truck sat for 3 days without anyone looking at it. Why make an appointment if they aren’t even going to look at it on the day of your appointment? I don’t have an abundance of cars to choose from in my driveway to get me to and from work. I felt my family inconvenienced ourselves for no reason. We ultimately picked up her truck after they had it for three days without even looking at it! They did say we “might” be able to look at in 4 more days. Really!? Again-why make an appointment if it’s going to sit there for a week without being touched? This level customer service is truly unacceptable!! Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen. We are not asking for anything outside of what is expected. Just do your job and try to act like you care. More

States in fine print that any previous repair prior the notice would get reimbursed. Provided factual invoice from reputable business. Owner comes to this dealer to get claim started and the incompetent service rep by the name of Brittany Workman has us wait 2 whole months until we contact her again for an update. She proceeds to reassure us we will get an update a week later. A week later, her response is that they can't do anything due to "the car being too old." What does that have to do with the notice of service we were entitled from Ford?!?! If that's the case, what's the point of the letter at all? Guess what, a couple days later another response from her of... deny claim cannot verify with the shop? She has not ever contacted the business like she ever did care about handling our situation. She clearly knows there's an expiration on action of this notice and trying to prolong this so it leaves us with little to no time to resolve. Is this the service you want to receive from a dealer to represent in times you need help? AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! BUSINESS OR NOT, TAKE YOUR INTEREST ELSEWHERE, TO THE RIGHT DEALER THAT WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU. ALSO CALL CORPORATE AND DONT BE AFRAID TO REPORT THESE PEOPLE. Why can't they set up a system where they tell you when you are making the appointment that it will take that long for them to look at your car.now leaving the car for 3 to 5 days just to look at it ,then the time to repair it you would think they would give you a loaner so you would not be with out your car for all that time.my car has 26000.miles.i would think they could find a better way to help their customers I have purchased 2 cars from their dealerships .Will be looking elsewhere in the future More

Horrible doesn’t even describe what I’d like to say. These cars are supposed to go through an inspection when they get them. I bought a truck from them and had to wait for them to service it before I could take it home. On the way home the tires were squealing like I was doing a burn out? So I called new sales man and had to take back up there for the service department to figure out what was wrong. The tires were bad on it when I got it, so when they told me they were going to put more tires on it, I thought, great it’s fixed. They delivered to me and the next morning I get In it to go to work and the tires are doing the same thing!! I call my sales man and he’s shocked. He tells me that he’s going to take care of it and he’ll get back to me. So I drive all day and all day I’m getting more pissed about the situation. So finally I get a call back and they said that they want to replace the rear suspension? But the noise is coming from the front end? So I take it to a tire specialist with my mechanic and they immediately say that the tires that they put on are not in good condition, and the front end needs an alignment. I call my salesperson and tell him that I’m don’t trust their “service department” and that they give the whole dealership a bad rep!! I tell him that I will take it to an alignment shop and get it aligned and get the tires inspected myself because it seems like they don’t give two shiets about what they’re doing or their customers time that they waste!! So now after wasting time, losing money, and patients I’ll have to pay for a REAL mechanic to fix it. I also want to note that I paid for a warranty for my vehicle that covered the tires and they gave me used ones? The fact of the matter is that I don’t feel that my truck was ever inspected, and whoever passed my vehicle for their state inspection is trash! My fluids are low, my air filter is the original and dirty, and they just want to make another appointment so they can have it sit up there all day and not even look at it! It seems like they do this so you don’t even want to take your vehicle back up there! I feel like I got ripped off! If I didn’t know Who the original owner was of my truck I’d be asking for a refund!! I put 6k down on this deal and now have to spend more money to get it fixed because their inspection team isn’t doing their job!! Lastly, I asked the salesperson I’d the person who delivered my truck heard the tires and he said, “he didn’t hear nothing”. But he had plenty of time to move my seat and adjust the lumber support and turn on the radio? I hate leaving a negative review but I know covert has good people and I hope that this reaches one of them! More
I have purchased 4-5 vehicles from the Covert dealerships over the last 30 years, my latest a 2021 Silverado Trail Boss, which before it hit 5,000 miles had a lifter issue causing a bent push rod, now at 42, over the last 30 years, my latest a 2021 Silverado Trail Boss, which before it hit 5,000 miles had a lifter issue causing a bent push rod, now at 42,900 miles having lifter issues again, Covert replaced lifters ,but now they say it has a ticking noise, Covert said GM told them to do engine flush which Covert and GM says I have to pay for at $500-$1000 if 2 flushings are required, GM says Covert could do this at a courtesy if they are willing , seems to me like GM would offer to pay for it !!! I will never purchase any GM products ever again !! More
