My 2021 Silverado Trail boss is in service for the second lifter failure I have had on this truck, after covert replaced lifters they said it was making a ticking noise, which it wasnt making before !!! Covert wants me to pay for engine flush which Brenda said was recommended by GM, This should be covered by GM for it is related to the lifters and engine !!!! The engine obviously has not been running correctly since it was new, if it has that much carbon build up with just a little over 42,000 miles,

Who do I reach out to? This is just a number that asked for a prompt. I just would like my truck to be fixed. And not need to drop it off for an indefinite period of time, or at least be told when.
