(New Car) The process was rushed the vehicle was not cleaned to standard and had to go back to be cleaned again. There were dents and scratches on the hood. scratch on the inside driver door, charging p cleaned to standard and had to go back to be cleaned again. I went to a different dealership at first, I wasn’t happy with the customer service. I then paid contact with Jaime Reyes he was able to answer my questions he didn’t put me in contact with Carlos Lopez. I s with the customer service. He was kind he listened to my concerns. This was the best car experience I’ve ever had finance was amazing. I will definitely keep Carlos and Jaime as my car salesman! Disorganized in the waiting room. When I pulled up to the service center, no one helped me immediately. Jenner finally did but didn’t do what I asked. I wanted an oil change and a tir When I pulled up to the service center, no one helped me immediately. Jenner finally did but didn’t do what I asked. I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation. The tire rotation wasn’t done. He didn’t trust that the oil and oil filter I brought were correct which is ridiculous. On top of that, an oil change took FOUR HOURS. That’s absolutely asinine, especially considering I scheduled an appointment for my service. Will not be going back. More
