Had my vehicle for 2 weeks! ! No loaners available which is not what we were told the situation would be when purchased our licoln navigator. Gave me back my car FILTHY !! And ! Terrible communication and support. I was told my new tires were in stock so I took my vehicle in for service in the morning. I explained I needed the vehicle back by 4pm to pick up m I was told my new tires were in stock so I took my vehicle in for service in the morning. I explained I needed the vehicle back by 4pm to pick up my child from daycare. Around 12:30pm they texted me about some other services they recommended as they were finishing the tire install. I agreed to do the additional services as long as they could still be done by 4pm. Response was sure not a problem. At 3:30pm they messaged me that the tires were not in stock and they would not be dileverd until around 5pm. Tried calling, texting, and asking the receptionist to manually deliver a message with no response till after 4pm. I ended up having to rent a car on my own to pick up my child from daycare and picked up my vehicle the next day. I understand supply chain and part availability can be an issue but there is no excuse for such poor communication. More
