They we're great in service and making sure that I got the car as well as the financing, but I thought I was going to have a chance to look at a different car as well. I was a little disappointed that I didn't have another car to look at to compare the two. I do like the car, but I was not too pleased with payments I'm having to pay. I thought they would be lower than what I have been paying on the previous car. It's hard enough for me as it is being on a fixed income. But I'm grateful to be able to get another car More

Service experience was terrible and would not recommend Covert for services. The items we took the vehicle in to have repaired were not addressed (recall work and others) and they had our vehicle for a we Covert for services. Almost no communication in regard to vehicle status and all were repairs were not completed. I did not know all repairs were not completed until I checked out. Our car is 6 months "old" and has under 3K miles. We purchased it from this dealer: took 36 hours from drop off to diagnose and order the part - several days to get the part - not covert's fault We purchased it from this dealer: took 36 hours from drop off to diagnose and order the part - several days to get the part - not covert's fault - inflexible pickup windows (have to be there by 6). Not the fault of any employee that was helping us. More
