Would be great to feel valued. However, customer service is in desperate need of improvement. I sat in my car to be waited on after waiting behind 2 vacant cars. I ended up having to get out of my vehicle and walk inside to even be acknowledged. After the service work was "supposedly" completed, I had to ask advisor to have vehicle sent back to have the work completed thoroughly. Due to no fault of the service advisor as I reviewed the service order and saw the request noted. The service was just omitted for whatever reason. Maybe there should be a QA system in place to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. It was a terrible experience and waste of my time. More
The service experience was great and customer service was excellent. My only concern is that things have changed, before you arrived and explained what you needed and they would check your car and call y excellent. Now they say they’ll charge you $215 or something like that to diagnose the problem and that is for every issue you mentioned. I had 3 and they had me sign an acceptance form that the I agreed to pay about $700 if the work reached that amount. Honestly the fee wasn’t explained well and they will charge “up to” that amount but if they diagnose it quick it could only be $50 or even less. The whole experience of dropping my car off was traumatic because of it. At the end I payed much less than that but the friendly service coordinator that you used to partner with when you left your car doesn’t exist anymore… This is no reflection on my service coordinator but on the practices that are now implemented.
