Felt salesperson was dishonest and told us what we wanted to hear. Didn’t follow up in any of his promises. Made multiple trips up to the dealer to get issues resolved and still are not all resolved today. H to hear. Didn’t follow up in any of his promises. We bought a used truck and we’re told it would be inspected top to bottom. We were promised 4 new tires and the backup camera fixed. Told all was fixed and only two new tires on truck, old tires still on front. Backup camera still not working. Get the truck home and notice an old milk jug partially melted and stuck to components under truck. Air filter filthy. Took back to svc to get camera fixed again and the other two tires. Was told all fixed. Get home, camera still zip tied together to make it work. We did finally get the two front tires. Now have to go back AGAIN for her camera. We DO NOT live close. This is unacceptable and will never recommend this dealer. My husband and I purchased a vehicle 20+ years ago from Covert Hutto with no problems like this. Sadly this had ruined it for us.
