The service department bay was hard to locate. Once I finally pulled my truck in, I sat in the car for about 5 minutes before anyone came out. I went for a recall update for my Dodge Ram. The person who greeted me was courteous and got my truck in line for the update right away. Waiting was comfortable and quiet. Told me transmission wasn’t under warranty and charged me for fixing it. Problem still persisted a week later took car to another dealership and they told me it was under warranty and fixed my problems for f for fixing it. Every one was nice but the sales people didn’t follow through and we had to go back multiple times and finally get kind of obnoxious to get everything fixed. I really don’t like being that type of custo through and we had to go back multiple times and finally get kind of obnoxious to get everything fixed. I received several calls asking if there was anything that needed to be done and I responded but until I acted angry it didn’t get fixed. The calls were kind of insulting and meaningless. More
