They have not let me down! I contacted Bradley looking for some help with who to go to for service. He got in touch with a service manager, Michael Capps, who contacted me shortly there after. We set an appointment and dropped my car off later that day. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Covert through Bradley and it has been a terrific expereince both times! With the extra help he has provided, Covert will always get my business. Great customer service like this is not easy to find. More

If this is the future of Cadillac, they are in trouble. Find people who love what they do. It makes a difference when they love their job..or at least feel blessed to have one!! More
