I found Brad Allen and the entire staff to be extremely conscious of customer satisfaction. In my case I gave hime a set of specifications for the truck I wanted. I highly recommend Covert Cadillac. We were first looking at a new Cadillac and met with Brian, who was excellent to work with. We were browsing around both new and used cars. In the used cars, we met Corey at a new Cadillac and met with Brian, who was excellent to work with. We were browsing around both new and used cars. In the used cars, we met Corey and he showed us a few vehicles. A few weeks later, we decided what we were interested in and went back to see Corey. He went above and beyond and was a genuinely pleasant guy to work with. Not once did I feel like I was in a "used car dealership envrionment". There was no pressure and he was extremelly knowledgeable about the vehciles. My husband purchased an 08 Cadillac Escalade. While there, I saw a 2010 Audi and was very interested in that. Today, I purchared the 2010 Audi. We feel like we received a fair price and are incredibly pleased with the experience, and Corey going the extra mile to make sure things on our vehicles worked and that we were happy. The no pressure environment made this the best car purchasing experience I've had in 20 years. Jerry was very helpful in finance, and looked around for the lowest rates for us. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Corey, to all of my friends and colleagues. More
