I bought a CTS 5 years ago and have always been happy with the service departments and the sales people at Covert. They really know how to take care of their customers and make you feel comfortable every with the service departments and the sales people at Covert. First of all I'm a Lexus girl. Never in a million years would I have thought to be driving anything other than a Lexus. The pleasantly persistence of Joe, not only did a great telephone conversation years would I have thought to be driving anything other than a Lexus. The pleasantly persistence of Joe, not only did a great telephone conversation make me curious to make a visit, but it ultimately at the end of the day had me purchasing a Cadillac SRX. If I didn't know any better, you'd think that Joe and I where long time friends. He was so down to earth and friendly, he was like that buddy you hang out with. He was determined to get me what I wanted and he even went the extra mile along with the finance manager (who by the way was an awesome guy) and got a better finance rate for me. These guys although it seemed seamless, worked my deal to one that I was truly grateful for. I'd invite Joe to sit at my dinner table any day. Great guy, awesome guy, funny guy! Love him to death. I hope that I am as happy with this new venture driving this Cadillac as I was with the experience of purchasing it. More

Salesman and Finance person were excellent to work with. We came there to research CTS and ATS and Bruce was excellent in showing us both vehicles and the amenities each automobile. Working with Josh and the Finance department was the best car buying experience that I've ever heard of, certainly the best personal experience. I requested email contact only to prevent the high-pressure sa car buying experience that I've ever heard of, certainly the best personal experience. I requested email contact only to prevent the high-pressure sales tactics I have experienced at other dealerships around the state. Josh communicated electronically only until I made the first call to ask some specific questions. He walked me through the dealership website and talked to me about options on the vehicle as I looked at my computer at my home. I researched and talked to dealerships in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and areas in between. This was the only one who never called me until I was ready to talk and knew exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. There was frequent emails so I knew he was ready when I was and he always asked if he was emailing too much. Even after I purchased the vehicle, I had a business meeting that prevented me from coming to the dealership to pick up the new car. He had it delivered to my house and met the 30 minute window I had in between engagements. Porters were very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. My next vehicle purchase will be from this dealership and hopefully from Josh. More
