Two hours to have my oil changed is quite long even considering doing all diagnostics. Also, my car was washed but the back window is still dirty, especially at the bottom. I've always had great interaction and professionalism from my service provider, Jason Wolk, every time I've scheduled an appointment with this location. The work performed on the service tech side is from my service provider, Jason Wolk, every time I've scheduled an appointment with this location. The work performed on the service tech side is lacking, at times. After my most recent appointment for an oil change on September 2nd, my car went into limp mode while I was on my way home on the 130 toll road for some unknown reason. I did notice that the car was placed into "track mode" when it was returned to me after it had been dropped off in "tour mode" by me. Thankfully, I was able to get to a safe place off of the 130 toll and pull over to try to remedy the issue. I ended up shutting the car off and checking under the hood for obvious signs of trouble but found none. I restarted the vehicle and it still was in limp mode. I have an OBD scanner and was able to read some codes and was given a "P16F3' code. The code was not descriptive enough to know the details of the issue. I was able to clear this code and this is what resolved my issue...for now. On my previous service appointment, I discovered that the oil fill cap had been left OFF and sitting on the hood latch after an oil change a few months ago. It was discovered a day or two after the work had been performed at the dealership. I'm unsure if the same individual worked on my car in both instances. If so, there may be a training issue OR another issue going on at this location in the service tech side of the house. I hope I am wrong and that these events were coincidences after having work done at this location. More
