I had a great experience with Covert and Mark Cordes. Pathetic! After over a year waiting for recall parts to arrive I was called and notified that parts were in and available and the Dealership wanted to schedul After over a year waiting for recall parts to arrive I was called and notified that parts were in and available and the Dealership wanted to schedule my recall service. I adjusted my schedule and made the 140 mile drive in to Austin for the service appointment. I turned my truck in on a Friday and was told it 'might' take until end of day or Tuesday if it took longer. One the following Thursday I received a call saying that in fact the parts were NOT available and would be until after the UAW strike ended and they could again be shipped. I filled the tank of the loaner car with gas and got my truck. The dealership where I and my wife have purchased three vehicles had my truck for a week, did NOT perform the service and did not even bother to wash or even vacuum my truck. This is not service and certainly not an appropriate way to treat repeat customers. More
