I read Jackie’s reviews on line and knew she was the person I wanted to buy my new Buick Enclave from. She greeted us at the door to the dealership, exuding energy, enthusiasm, and expertise as she found the vehicle I wanted. She literally moved 8-10 vehicles around the lot so I could test drive the exact SUV that I bought. We worked a deal with transparency and honesty—no surprises—and then she personally prepped the vehicle so we drove it home that afternoon. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else. My husband is now looking forward to truck-shopping with her later this year. If you want to buy a car from someone who has your best interests in mind, contact Jackie Oliver at Covert Buick GMC! Absolute worst when it comes to customer communication! I inquired about a 4Runner that they had listed at 10:00am. Chatted with someone online about my inquiry and was told they still had the vehicle and that someone would reach out to me as soon as they were available. Well 7 hours later I told them they could disregard the inquire. I received an email replay stating that the car sold the previous night. 1) If your car is no longer available, why keep it listed and tell a potential client it is still available, and 2) Is it so hard to send a simple text, better yet a phone call to let a potential customer that it's gone? Is that really too much to ask for? Definitely avoiding this dealership! More

Not confident in this truck purchase not even a week after driving off the lot with this truck Engine component failure. I have asked the To work with me and trading this vehicle to get another one from after driving off the lot with this truck Engine component failure. I have asked the To work with me and trading this vehicle to get another one from the lot now they give all kinds of excuses, saying that they need to know how the car drives the condition of the car only only have the car 600 miles on it. Don’t even feel comfortable and driving his truck out of town. now I’m stuck in a situation that I’m unhappy with as covert in the sales team to help no response but they very happy In selling me this truck More
Showed up tonight at 6:45 to buy my wife a new Yukon XL. Pulled up with her and my 3 kids (one newborn which is why we need a bigger truck) and a salesman walking by introduced himself and proceeded to tell Pulled up with her and my 3 kids (one newborn which is why we need a bigger truck) and a salesman walking by introduced himself and proceeded to tell me if I wanted the keys to look at something to go ahead and come in and he would help us. We proceeded to walk the entire lot looking at cars for 1 hour and never had any employee offer to help. Could see them all through the window in groups talking to each other, not customers. After the hour of us going through all the Yukons and finding the trims we wanted we saw they already locked the front gate and were ready to go 15 minutes before their closing time. I took a picture of the window sticker of the one we want and will find it elsewhere and we figured out how to get out of the locked lot. Really thought you would get some help when walking through $95k+ vehicles. Either they had a great sales day or didn’t want to get stuck at work a little late on a Friday. Thanks for all the information on the vehicles Covert. I’m sure whatever dealership I just walk in and purchase without needing to be shown the truck tomorrow will really appreciate it! More

Here is the whole story of how a normal regular and simple state inspection ends up with hundreds of dollars. 1, I was told my transmission has an issue and my car will not pass state inspection. The simple state inspection ends up with hundreds of dollars. 1, I was told my transmission has an issue and my car will not pass state inspection. They need at least 3 days to fix. But it is under warranty. I was told I can also rent cars and GMC will do reimbursement. 2, On the same day, I was told I need to change batteries and my transmission issue was related to the battery. I spent more than $300 to change the battery. By the way, they also asked me to change oil, but this is what I know that is not related to my car inspection, so I declined. 3, Then the transmission issue is gone. (Of course it will be gone, my transmission has no issues at the very beginning) and I got my car returned and batteries changed on the second day. I have no reimbursement for rental cars because my car just changed batteries. Then I realized lots of similar red-flag patterns in dealerships: customers are warned by a severe issue in the first place and then after a change of a maintenance part (such as battery, engine oil, filters ), all severe problems are gone! But at the same time, the customer's trust is gone as well. More
