I had purchased vehicles from Bobby when he was at Covert Ford so I was happy to learn from Scott Ferrell (Covert Ford / Family) that Bobby was working at Cadillac where the 2022 Licoln Nautilus was located that I spotted on line. No hassles, transparency, constant communication, and demonstrating to me that I was getting a fantastic deal and making the right decision to trade in our 2020 Aviator for my Wife. I had a very enjoyable experience here. I delt with Rob who was very accommodating. I found a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had the options I was looking for except for leather interior, I delt with Rob who was very accommodating. I found a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had the options I was looking for except for leather interior, even so I was going to bite the bullet on that. But Rob was able to get the seats reupholstered in leather and then have it delivered in a timely manner. Amazing customer service! More
