I rated them 1 only because they had inventory. That said their business ethics is 0. They took advantage of inventory supply & upcharged msrp by 10+ percent, (unprecedented). My experience with Covert started well but after the sales process I have a sour opinion. I was sold a 2022 QX80. I did receive very good customer service; however, I was under the impression that a thorough inspection was performed by Covert. Shortly after I purchased the SUV a sensor light came on. I took it to Infinity they did an inspection and discovered rear brakes were bad and needed replacement. I spoke with Alex and was informed that Covert would not cover new brakes bc it fell within TX safety guidelines. This didn’t sit well with me. So, I probably deal with any Covert again.
