I was told the diagnostic would cost $300 unless I had repairs done at which point the $300 would be used against the cost of the repair. The diagnostic report said the aux AC Line had a leak and would cost $1800. I ok'ed the repair and the system stopped cooling within a few hours of pick up. After returning the vehicle it was looked at again only to find a leak in the AC coil that would cost $6K to repair. Never would have approved the $1800 as I wasn't at all interested in putting that type of money into a 2017 with 130K miles. So after $1800 I ended up getting rid of the vehicle two days later. Called and spoke to the service manager and he told me he would look into it and call me back. Never heard from him... More
Clean, friendly, and wants customer satisfaction. They are doing a lot of business, it seems like every other car in the hill country area has a new Covert License plate. They are doing a lot of business, it seems like every other car in the hill country area has a new Covert License plate. More

Survey is only remotely related to my recent service visit, which resulted in leaving my truck for 7 calendar days ( and being granted a loaner for 4.5 days (after heated discussion).. see dealer for re visit, which resulted in leaving my truck for 7 calendar days ( and being granted a loaner for 4.5 days (after heated discussion).. see dealer for repair info.was provided a request for “equity appraisal” by Hunter Hale and I agreed on day truck was delivered. 7:days later..no analysis. Was advised when I picked up truck that I could wait and visit with used car sales personnel, for the analysis. …same old crap. Oh, service tech did offer a wash job if I had 15-20 more minutes when I picked up truck ..I declined. The truck had been there 7 xxxx days and dealer could not wash it. That further pissed me off, on top of every other experience associated with my purchase of the truck from this dealership.you guys can #hove wash jobs, cleaning windshield, updating oil sticker, updating computer “oil service” indicator, up you proverbial ( where sun doesn’t shine) tailpipe.
