We hear your frustration, and I want to provide some transparency around the situation. The truck you purchased is still undergoing maintenance because it needed a new TCU (Transmission Control Unit). Unfortunately, the part has been backordered by the manufacturer, which directly impacts the timeline. We rely on the manufacturer for part availability, and while we were initially given an expected date, that date was later pushed back — something entirely outside of our control. We've been communicating with you with every update as soon as I receive it. As of now, the service department handling the repair expects the part to arrive by the end of this week (5/23), and once the repair is complete and the truck is returned, we’ll be ready to finalize delivery. Regarding the scratch, the truck was traded in with that blemish and we explained this to you as well at the time of purchase. We also understand your concern about the financing. You’re absolutely within your rights to use outside funding, In some cases, using a non-preferred lender can change certain deal figures, but that doesn’t change our commitment to helping you complete the process as smoothly as possible. Thank you again for your patience. I’m staying on top of every update and will reach out as soon as the truck is back and ready for you.
