Buying a truck from Covert was my first mistake. I bought a truck on the 8th of May however I have not received the truck two weeks later. The second issue I have had is during the process of negotiating the truck. I was told a certain interest rate, however, when I went to finance, the interest rate increased by three points. I informed the finance manager that I would be getting my own funding. He said that may accrued more money on the deal as I would not be using their preferred lender. More
