After about a week, I regretted the purchase, the Audi wagon was too low, I had a hard time getting out. Asked Scott, the salesman, if he would take it back (never expecting him too) and he said "YES". He found me a BMW X3 for the same price, didn't charge a premium, and i bought it. It needed 2 front tires, so Scott replaced all 4, stating he wasn't happy with replacing only 2. This is my dealership for sales and service. More

The people who run CMC actually love these cars, they're not just random sales people/mechanics who happen to work at an import car lot. You can tell that they hand-pick the inventory and they know the ins and outs of these cars. Sales experience: I spoke with Scott via email and phone before going there for a test drive, and he was extremely responsive with calling/emailing me back. He answered all of the questions I had about the car, gave me the price I was looking for, and gave me a fair amount for my trade-in. (Side note: I previously brought my trade-in to the goof-ball dealership where I originally purchased it and serviced it for the last 7 years and they offered me less for it than CMC.) Inventory/Service Comments: I don't have much experience with their routine service offerings, but you can tell that CMC takes good care of the cars on their lot. You can expect their inventory to be running in top-shape and if any problems arise while you're looking at a car they'll take car of it without hassle. All of their cars are super clean and they have a nice selection for being such a small shop. More

After buying my car from them, I had them work on some issues. They must not have test drove it, because when I got it back, it was worse than when I dropped it off. Recently, I thought I would give them a second chance. They had my car for over a week with a list of things to fix. They fixed one problem, a 3 hour job, and addressed none of the other problems. I will never buy a car from them again or have them work on my car. More

I bought an Audi TT roadster here. When I test drove it, the top didn't work. They said it was a sensor an that I could pick it up in a few days. I picked it up and drove the car back to Florida. The top worked 2 or 3 times before it grinded to a halt! i called them and they said "We cant predict the future, its a different issue." They told me drive the car back 1,300 miles for them to fix it! After some kicking and screaming, they agreed to pay "THEIR INTERNAL WHOLESALE COST" on the repair, which had to be done at Audi. Left me with a nice bill for the problem they swore they fixed before I bought the car. I also sat in the Audi Dealership for a few HOURS while the sales rep, Scott, got a hold of and got authorization to help me at all! He was always "out in the shop" or "out with a customer." Working with Coventry Motorcars was an awful experience. A friend who came with me to test drive my car saw one he likes on their lot but found something else after hearing my experience. I recommend you do the same! More
