I had an emergency situation develop with my 2002 Volvo XC 70 over the weekend. After getting to the dealership, my vehicle was inspected, the problem quickly identified, and resolved. Thanks to my service advisor, Brian Lawrence, and my mechanic, Vince. Sr. for such great service and care. Both men know how much I value quality service and how dependent I am on my vehicle. The most important thing is that both Brian and Vince, Sr. understand that I know my car and how it should operate so when I bring it in for an unscheduled check, they know something's wrong and do everything they can to resolve the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. This is only the second time I have been to Courtesy Volvo and they will definitely be my "go-to" dealer. I had used Volvo at Tempe before and didn't trust them, when a dealership opened in Gilbert where I live I was thrilled not having to drive to Tempe but to my BIG disappointment I found out the Tempe Crew had moved to Gilbert and closed the Tempe location. Needless to say I would much rather drive the 1/2 to Scottsdale to have Brian look after my car than to set foot in Volvo of Gilbert. More
