Small but Grand Courtesy Volvo's new store is a bit out of the way, and not terribly large, but this has its benefits more than its drawbacks. They are always availab Courtesy Volvo's new store is a bit out of the way, and not terribly large, but this has its benefits more than its drawbacks. They are always available and ready to work, I show up, get a loaner vehicle (that's often nicer than my own vehicle) and leave all within a few minutes. Brian is always attentive and pleasant (although I still have the stickers on the back of my XC90 ;) Would recommend. More

Wrong Tire Had to order a tire due to road damage. They ordered one that was supposed to be there in 5 days. Ended up taking a week. Made an appointment to have Had to order a tire due to road damage. They ordered one that was supposed to be there in 5 days. Ended up taking a week. Made an appointment to have it installed. Was supposed to take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later was told the ordered the wrong one and it would be at least an hour before the right one got there. I waited another 10 minutes before asking for my vehicle and told them to call me when it arrived. They called an hour later. Went back to have it installed. Once installed I drove 1/2 a mile and the light came. Had to go back and have it reset. Was supposed to be in calibration mode. Could’ve gone to a tire place and had it changed 2 weeks prior. Not impressed! More
