Parts I called to see if three parts were in inventory or whether they needed to be ordered. I was told two were there and one needed to be ordered. I got I called to see if three parts were in inventory or whether they needed to be ordered. I was told two were there and one needed to be ordered. I got a call saying the parts were in and I made an appointment to have them installed. When I got there one of the parts I was told was in inventory was not there. Then I was told the part they ordered was the wrong part. More

Visor replacement Andy said it would take 2 weeks to replace my visor. I called after 10 days, eager to keep the sun out of my eyes. Andy reminded me it would take 2 weeks and assured me he would call when it came in. 2 weeks came and went and I waited. After 3 weeks I called and got Andy’s voicemail and left a message. I called again the next day, Andy wasn’t available so I was put through to parts. Yes, they had my visor, I made an appointment with Jud to come in on Friday, my day off. 1.5 hours after arriving, jud says it’s the wrong part. But they can get right one in by Monday (?). Come back Tuesday morning (get to work late) and wait another hour or so. Jud says they sold my visor, but he pulled one off a 2016 that works... More
