Great. Came in for 10k mile scheduled maintenance. Andy put a new battery in the key fob at no extra expense which was great. Only issue I had is that the Came in for 10k mile scheduled maintenance. Only issue I had is that there is a plastic piece that is loose/cracked by the lift-gate on the car that I asked to have repaired/replaced. When I got home I realized it had not been done. Armand took care of business. Came to this Volvo dealer and left with a used Chevy Cruze. Decided to get the warranty and was glad I did when it threw a code 2 days after I got it. Came to this Volvo dealer and left with a used Chevy Cruze. Decided to get the warranty and was glad I did when it threw a code 2 days after I got it. I talked to Armand and he took care of everything. Catalytic converter was on back order, but Armand kept me informed and up to date until it came in. As soon as it came in, Armand sent someone to pick up my car while I was at work and dropped off a loaner for me to use. He even took my car to the emissions center after the work was done. When I got it back, I had a wobble in the steering wheel that wasn't there before, and Armand gave me 2 new tires! I've never been taken care of this well at a car dealership. I'd recommend taking any vehicle here for service, not just Volvo. More

Blown starter fuse and empty thumb drive file GPS service (Kahu?) we did not subscribe to when we purchased the car caused a blown fuse which completely shut down the car engine and stranded my hu GPS service (Kahu?) we did not subscribe to when we purchased the car caused a blown fuse which completely shut down the car engine and stranded my husband in traffic. We appreciate Courtesy correcting the problem; towing the car in to be fixed; and removing the GPS Box. We do love the car, Chevy Sonic are our favorite!! More
