I usually work with Jud to arrange for desired service work and he is a trusted advisor for all work on my vehicle. This most recent visit was for the periodic oil and filter change which, upon work being performed, the service tech [Nathan] recommended replacement of the serpentine belt [many cracks], tensioner, and fuel filter. My vehicle has 190k miles and I would expect these items to be ready for replacement. Courtesy Volvo is always clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always reasonable with the costs for work performed. I've never been disappointed by their customer service. More

3 hours is too long for a battery change It’s a very nice facility and staff are very friendly. But it took way too long for a battery change - over 3 hours. I brought it in after calling so It’s a very nice facility and staff are very friendly. But it took way too long for a battery change - over 3 hours. I brought it in after calling so I had an appt. I said I have a warning indication light that says “low charge” for battery. After 2 hours of waiting I checked on the wait time and I was told they just diagnosed that it needed a new battery. I wish I knew it would have taken that long beforehand. More
