The Courtesy automotive brand has been serving Phoenix customers since 1955. Courtesy Automotive in addition has a Chevrolet store in San Diego and a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in San Juan Capistrano in CA. This will be the first new store in Phoenix since 1955. Courtesy Automotive started in 1955 with the family member Ed Fitzgerald. Not long after that, William Gruwell joined the family and the business, and today leads the organization as President of Courtesy Automotive. He is joined by his two sons, Mark Gruwell, General Manager of Courtesy San Diego, Scott Gruwell General Manager of Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and his son in law, Jason Church, who is the General Manager of the new Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale.
The Courtesy family has three generations of ownership and is excited to add the VOLVO brand to the Courtesy Group. With the amazing line up of new VOLVO products, and the Courtesy reputation of looking after our customers, we look forward to serving the Valley's VOLVO customers.
Construction started in January, 2017 and with a completed store ready to open in August 2017. The family is excited to offer a full line up of new VOLVO cars and SUVs serving the Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley areas at first. Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale will offer a complete line up of Certified Used VOLVOs, as we have a heritage of supporting and promoting the benefits of a strong Certified program to our customers.

Bad Start - good finish Salesman (Dale Appleby) I contacted, first on email, then by phone, promised 1) he would be there-on a Sunday 2) car was still available or if not ple Salesman (Dale Appleby) I contacted, first on email, then by phone, promised 1) he would be there-on a Sunday 2) car was still available or if not please contact me. He wasn't there and neither was the vehicle. Normally I would have walked away, however I was introduced to a young (new) salesman, Daniel Morgan -- who I liked right away. Daniel did a great job of finding us another vehicle, letting us take a long test drive and answered all our questions. The vehicle sold us but Daniel made the purchase enjoyable - Great job Daniel. Jason in the finance department was another great guy, even helping us get our refund from DMV for our license plate -- we didn't ask he just said he would be glad to do it for us - Thanks Jason. In the end we left with a great vehicle, good price and met a couple of really great people,people who I would be happy to deal with again (one I would not!). Ross R - Gilbert AZ More

I cant believe it I had a very disturbing experience a couple of saturdays ago when I droppped my vehicle off at the dealer for what I had hoped would be a simple repai I had a very disturbing experience a couple of saturdays ago when I droppped my vehicle off at the dealer for what I had hoped would be a simple repair and return but it ended up going south and nothing but a waste of my time was accomplished. Frustrated about the Service and attention I received I filled out the survey that the dealer sent me and expected it to end up in the round file otherwise none as the garbage. I got an unexpected call a few days later from Armand. The service manager what an breathe of fresh. Air this guy. Really. Understands the concept customer service maybe even Wrote the BOOK he clearly went above and beyond from the initial phone contact to the completion of the work that needed to be done. Because the way he handle me there was never a doubt that it would be handled with class and perfection More

Excellent customer service! We love our XC90 which was purchased through the OSD program...highly recommended! Brian is the perfect example of exceptional customer service. The technicians have been great even with dumb questions about how to understand the A/C haha. Started with trouble ended with a new car! Ed Himes and Jeremy Saranataro responded to my issue in such a professional manner that we stopped looking and bought a car. We have also asked them to assist in the next car I buy. I also look forward to taking my car in for service! The deal started with us looking at a certified S90, we loved and then went to negotiate. I didn't like the numbers and left it with them asking what price to sell that moment. We do not buy without going over our options, so we went back and the experience was horrible! Walked away and looked for another 5 weeks. Jeremy heard I had an issue and called me until he spoke with me. He took my complaint seriously and asked about making the deal right. So after speaking with my husband and making sure the Volvo (he looked at every other luxury car in the metro area) we went in. We test drove, got numbers, negotiated and came to a price that was off by a hair. After a heart.to heart at home we came to a decision after Ed and sent a few texts back and forth. So excited we are buying a quality product from a team that took a complaint like gentlemen. We sat down and our financing that we brought from our credit Union was not as explained. This created a huge issue after friendly but harsh negotiations. Instead of writing us off Jeremy hashed it and helped find a solution that ended with a deal that was better then any of the competitions offers. We drove off with our car and no regrets. I am so happy that Ed and Jeremy cared more about doing good solid business. I hope to them both when I return for service and future Volvo purchases. More

A+ Customer service!! Im here on vacation for a few weeks and needed an oil change on my corvette. I Talked to Armand and he got me in right away. Jud did the service for me and found a couple other things that needed attention that I hadn't even though of checking yet. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the customer service and the service center is state of the art! Cant express enough how much I would recommend these guys to anybody needing service work!!
