I had a lot of anxiety about purchasing a new car, particularly a nice one but Daniel was incredibly patient with me during the four days of test drives and questions and finally helping me get a deal I was comfortable with. I had always wanted a Volvo because of their amazing safety track record and had he not been so patient with me I would not have gotten the deal I wanted. I left with the car I wanted and they gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in and really worked with me on the price without a lot of pressuring. Normally if I get pressured I turn tail and run but they managed to not scare me of. I would recommend them and Daniel and Andrew to anyone interested in a new or used car. Although I bought a Volvo there were a lot of nice used cars there from other brands. More

Jud has been my go to guy for years and Courtesy is lucky to have him! I was so impressed with beautiful design of the new dealership. It really is a great pairing with the cars they sell and service. There is no room for secrets as the whole place is windows rather than walls. Good service over location anytime. I had originally had my XC70 serviced at the Gilbert location. I had a battery replaced under warranty but 4 weeks later my car had problems starting I had originally had my XC70 serviced at the Gilbert location. I had a battery replaced under warranty but 4 weeks later my car had problems starting. I took it to Courtesy Volvo to get it serviced and found out that the battery was not installed properly. They corrected the problem for free. I don't understand how the battery was not installed properly. Even though the Gilbert dealership is located 2 blocks from my house, I will be taking my car to Courtesy Volvo for service. More
