My wife had talked to the General Manager and overall he was very rude. He used intimadating tactics stating that if we bought a car from a another dealership he would refuse to honor the warranty. I believ was very rude. He used intimadating tactics stating that if we bought a car from a another dealership he would refuse to honor the warranty. I believe this is their scare tactic thus coercing customers into buying their cars from their dealership. Extremely rude and not willing to work with us on buying a car from them. We strongly support local tax dollars and the local enconomy, if a local dealer is not willing to work us then they are driving their business away. In addition two salesmen that we worked for were also extremely rude and reluctanctly worked us. Overall the dealership experience with them was a horrible experience I will not recommend my friends and family to them. More

I had a very good experience with courtesy. I would buy a car from them in the future. They were easy to deal with and listened to my needs. Larry was honest and truly cared about finding the right car for me. He knew his product and told me his own thoughts when I could not decide between two cars. Not pushy in the least - let me take my time in deciding, but was there if (and when) I did have questions/concerns. More
