Service representative was rude. Service was extremely slow. Took 2 full hours just to plug my car into the computer to check why the emissions control light was on and to determine Service was extremely slow. Took 2 full hours just to plug my car into the computer to check why the emissions control light was on and to determine what was wrong! I was watching the mechanic, it didn't take only 30 minutes. Then I got charged 1 more hour for labor even though it only took 30 minutes again! The honda parts cost almost double what Napa charges for the same parts! What a rip off, gouge the customer on labor and parts. I was considering a new Honda Pilot...but now I'm thinking of switching to another brand. Very disappointed! More
