Tim was very professional and helpful. Our last car was from here as well, so we are fond of working with Palm Harbor Honda. We didn't come in expecting to trade in our current Honda that day, but they eas from here as well, so we are fond of working with Palm Harbor Honda. I have bought several cars from here over the last few years and I have always gotten good service. Apparently there have been some new management changes and the pressure is really high. After spending t years and I have always gotten good service. Apparently there have been some new management changes and the pressure is really high. After spending time with a salesperson who knew nothing about the SUV's, I got "introduced" to an manager. Then it got even worse. You know those kinds of slick guys who always answer everything with a question? Yeah. I had heard good things but this place has gone downhill with rude, nasty managers. I won't be back. More
