We walked into the Courtesy Honda Dealership and we were immediately welcomed by Don Carrube one of the salesmen. He spoke to us a little bit about the type of car we were interested in and offered to pull the car around for us to test drive. He explained all of the features and showed us how everything worked. He didn't pressure us and patiently answered all of our questions. When it was time to purchase our new CRV the process was painless and they agreed to a fair purchase price as well as giving us a great price for our car as a trade in. We were given a tour of the service area and Don made sure we didn't have any questions about the car or about the service department. I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from Courtsey Honda with Don as your salesman. More

I liked the information and price he gave me, so I decided to visit them in person. I already had two dealerships contacting me, making promises, and telling me they would make better deals than anyone else. They called me almost daily. I had a specific color in mind, and Courtesy Honda had one on the lot. I drove to Courtesy to meet with Rick. He introduced me to his Internet Sales Manager, Laura Hunter. She was helpful and friendly. The entire visit with Courtesy Honda was pleasant. They immediately offered their lowest price, went out of the way to make us comfortable, gave us plenty of time to look and discuss. They were not pushy. They simply offered a great price on a new vehicle. Every person in Courtesy Honda was helpful, kind, courteous, and pleasant.It was late in the evening, but they stayed with us as long as it took, never rushed us, and continued to have pleasant smiles. The financial person, also took time to make sure we understood every aspect. What a great team. I highly recommend this group to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

He introduced us to Laura and she was very helpful in completing the pricing. I didn't feel pressure or that they weren't being upfront with me. In fact we left the dealer to go test drive a competitor vehicle and they didn't try to keep us from leaving - which is often a tactic used by dealerships. Obviously we returned and purchased the car. They didn't have the exterior/interior combination on the lot, so they obtained the specified vehicle from another dealer. Oh and the car is awesome! More

Both Laura and Chris provided me with the best experience I have ever had when buying a new car. The out-the-door price for the 2012 CR-V LX I bought, was, by far, the lowest of the other six dealers I contacted. They went out of their way to get the car with the color I wanted and all the while I felt I was treated as family. I also got top dollar for my trade-in. Ron, the Financial Director was very supportive and laid back when presenting the different options for extended warranty, maintenance , etc. A man with a great sense of humor that actually helps you in getting the best option for your needs. All in all, if you are thinking of buying a new car and live in the Tampa area, do yourself and your pocket a favor and visit Courtsey Palm Harbor Honda. You won' regret it. More

I am a USAA member and used USAA's car buying service on its website. I selected the car before I arrived; had USAA's guaranteed price coupon; had the trade-in value for my car; was able to complete the cr its website. Mary then worked with me over the phone to answer any questions that I had. I showed up at the dealership at 9:30 Saturday morning and drove off in my cool, new ride at 12:15. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly - they all smiled and said good morning. There was no pressure whatsoever. Everyone we met, from Mary to the funny finance guy, to the very friendly general manager, treated us well. I wish we had more cars to buy ... because I would definitely return! More
