We were extremely disappointed in the way that Ty Robinson and his manager Laura Hunter dismissed our disappointment with the new Honda Odyssey that we purchased. We loved the remote start that came standard on our Chrysler Town and Country. When buying a new Honda minivan, we asked to have the remote start installed for $500. Immediately after installation, we realized that the Honda remote start is extremely poorly designed. Once the car is started, it cannot be opened unless the remote start is turned off. For our family with young children in Florida, this makes no sense. Within 24 hours we called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Robinson who had sold us our car and asked if we could return the product due to our disappointment in the design. We were told that since it did remotely start the car, they would not return it and the poor design was now our problem. We expect after spending $38,ooo+ on a new car that the dealership's response would be one seeking to do what they could to make us happy with our new purchase. Instead Ty and his manager Laura Hunter minimized our complaints, dismissed our disappointment with the new car, and told us there was nothing they could do. Even if they were willing to let us be disappointed with Honda's poor product so that the dealership didn't have to eat the $500 it would cost to refund our money, their attitude and poor efforts at customer service were beyond disappointing. We do not recommend the Odyssey to anyone. Our experience with our Town and Country was much better and offered more features at a lower price. Chrysler does not offer an 8th seat or we would not have even looked at the Odyssey. More

Chris Tighe is the best salesman! He is patient and is not all over you trying to force you to buy. John Martz, worked with me in turning my leased Honda Odyssey and leasing a 2012. He did the research, and had the car waiting on me when I came in.
