Last week I contacted this dealership to see if a car I saw online was still available. A very friendly associate Scott said he would check to see if it was still on their lot and would call me back. Less saw online was still available. A very friendly associate Scott said he would check to see if it was still on their lot and would call me back. Less than 20 minutes later he called me to confirm it was still there. I went to look at it later that night. Scott was with other customers so he introduced us to Jamie who right from the start had a smile on his face and was ready to go. Not once did he rush us even after we had spent over an hour looking at the car and it was time for them to close. He explained everything thoroughly and all of the questions were answered. After making the purchase it was well over an hour after the closing hours and Jamie was still there waiting for all the paperwork to be done and to make sure that we were satisfied. Not once did he seem to rush us or unhappy that it was so late. He provided excellent customer service and had a great attitude to go with it. A huge thanks to Jamie and I am loving my new car! More
Our sales agent, Christopher Tighe was extremely professional, outgoing, honest, helpful and extremely pleasant. Chris spent about 5 hours with us until we leased the Honda and closed on the deal. He took us for a test drive, showed us all the features of the car and answered all our questions, as we were indecisive whether we should finance or lease a new or used car. He made things easy and was extremely patient with us. He always had a smile on his face and was extremely professional. We were very appreciative of his hospitality. We were also very thankful to Laura, the online Manager, for her professionalism. They are both a great team and we will definetely refer other people to them both. I explained the problem to Johnny and showed him where the part was falling off the car and was held on with duct/electrical tape. He took it In for an estimate and it was returned to me better than new in a matter of minutes. I recommend their service department and will go back again when I need to. More

Chris Tighe was the best. He did everything he said he would and then some. We worked out most of the deal online or on the phone.Each time I asked him to sharpen his pencil on my deal he did. Laura Hunter was a big help also. My wife and I drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership but it was worth it. There were no hidden fees or pushy salesman. Chris met us, we took a test drive and finished the deal. Once the deal was done Chris sat in our new CRV and explained and demonstrated all the features of the car. I was assured that the car was in great working order and that everything had been inspected and replaced. When I noticed that the coolent was a little low, while we were looking under the hood, the salesman that everything had been inspected and replaced. When I noticed that the coolent was a little low, while we were looking under the hood, the salesman said 'Oh that's just a reserve tank'. 2 months later I needed a new radiator. Went through 5 bottles of coolent in a week. When I called and asked the dealer about it, they were like "well you -did- buy it 'as is'" Well yeah, because I thought I was buying a good car from a reputable dealer. Now it's been almost a month since the radiator is out and now(yesterday) my car wont start. I think I need a new alternator. This is a huge bait and switch. They wanted $60 something to just look at the car when the radiator broke. I went to a place my cousin recommended and they looked at it for free. I would not recommend this dealer for purchasing used cars and NEVER use the service center if they miss big stuff like this. The only positive thing was that the showroom was clean. More
