Lease New Honda CRV-EXL Received call from Lilly Swensen about 2 weeks ago while in NY letting me know of Honda incentives offered on leasing a new 2014 since our 2012 Accord Received call from Lilly Swensen about 2 weeks ago while in NY letting me know of Honda incentives offered on leasing a new 2014 since our 2012 Accord lease was up in 2 mos. When I returned I called and everything was worked out over the phone with Lilly and Aaron Smith getting a great price including tax on the new vehicle. We made the appointment for Monday evening and from her introduction to the time we left with the new car Lilly handled my wife and I in a friendly, professional manner explaining everything about the vehicle making sure we were totally comfortable. When someone is passionate about their job and does it with knowledge and sincere concern for you, that make the whole experience enjoyable. I have purchased and leased many automobiles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. From Lilly and Aaron to Elgin , the Finance guy who closed the loan documents with us, we were made aware of everything along the way. Elgin was truly professional and for someone like me who spent 25 yrs in banking I can appreciate the great job he did. I have been dealing with Palm Harbor Honda for purchases and service for over 10 yrs and will continue in the future. I will also refer anyone I hear of who is looking for an automobile to Lilly and the staff at Palm Harbor Honda! More

Although I paid a little more than I anticipated I would, I believe that I got a fair price for a great car. Jackie, the salesperson who handled the transaction, was simply superb. This was her first sale of a new car, and she handled it all with finesse and thoughtfulness. Margaret in finance was equally as superb. I will definitely have my two CRVs maintained at this dealership too. More
Service techs can't think for themselves It's a sad commentary when a service business whose sole purpose is to both diagnose and repair a mechanical problem loses sight of the simple fact th It's a sad commentary when a service business whose sole purpose is to both diagnose and repair a mechanical problem loses sight of the simple fact that in order to prevent a problem from simply reoccurring they must get to the root of why something happened and correct that cause. We had a P0303 Misfire on cylinder 3 DCT code with a check engine light occur. When brought to this dealer who we purchased the car from and have used over the years, they repeatedly referred to a service bulletin that directed them to replace the spark plugs and update the software at no charge. When the spark plugs were removed, they were fouled and oil was present. Well let's see, if you just replace the spark plugs and never investigate the cause of the oil and subsequent fouling, what is to prevent the problem from just reoccurring. Valve misalignment and gasket leak maybe? We will never know , as when determining the cause was suggested we were met with deaf ears. Just makes no sense. I was very disappointed. Their only concern was to try and sell us a transmission fluid and power steering fluid flush for about $200. More

Lilly was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She didn't push us into cars we couldn't afford or make us feel bad for not being able to afford more expensive cars. We were certainly not her biggest sale but she treated us like we were which was extremly refreshing. My husband and I both bought new used cars (2012 and 2013 Nissan) as we have a baby on the way and needed new safe vehicles. Lilly even installed my car seat for me! She was top notch from the minute she said hello to us. I plan to make my car last for as long as possible, but the minute I need a new one I will be going to this dealership and asking for Lilly. She has made life long customers of my husband and I. More
Chris Tighe was extremely helpful and made buying a car an easy experience. He went out of his way to help me both before and after the sale. The color I wanted wasn’t available locally, but Chris worked out a three-way dealer trade and got me exactly what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealer, the car was ready for me and I barely had to spend any time there. Chris followed up with me after the sale to make sure everything was still great with the car, and to answer any questions I had. I had a small issue after the purchase, but Chris was all over it and had it resolved immediately. Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda also offered a better price than all the other local Honda dealers I contacted. If you’re looking for a competent sales person who will provide you with clear information, and a great price, then I would definitely recommend Chris Tighe. Thanks Chris! More
