Ron I thought it over and tried to find a good reason on why I should your store another chance. I live close to your location and had repairs done and purchased parts from your store. I once came in for oil change and after 90 minutes my car was still sitting in the same spot and I left without getting an oil change done . I came in another Time to buy transmission fluid or an engine mount and while I was there I decided to look at the new CRV. What are your salesman made a snide comment that if I bought a new car I wouldn’t have to work on the one I have now. Pretty sure your store makes more money off parts and repairs and they do selling cars. The last time I was there is when your one of your staff was eyeballing my 11 year old daughter Who is dressed like an 11-year-old and the other idiot wanted me to give all my personal information before I could even look at a car. I told that sales person when we were walking in I just wanted to see the size difference between a CRV and a pilot. So I will not be returning to your store. There’s really not much you can do to change my mind or my review. Like I said previously after I left your store I went to another Honda dealership they’ll let me do whatever I want and they didn’t even ask me my name. The one thing I will say nice about your location is the parts department people are very nice.
