My 80-year-old mother had been working with Mr. Ed Gowski trying to find a replacement for her Honda Pilot. I actually felt a bit sorry for the guy because Mom needed to see every. single. thing. Mr. Gowski was very kind and patient with her intense shopping habits (that went on for months)(I wish I was kidding). Once she decided she preferred Mr. Gowski's manner and integrity, she pretty much ignored the other dealerships in the area. Unfortunately, we lost her to Covid in October of 2021. I never forgot Mr. Gowski because of how much Mom valued his expertise and advice. In May of 2022, my beloved Expedition bit the dust. We decided to replace it with a Pilot,... until we saw the Odyssey. We looked at prices online at the various dealerships in Florida, but we went specifically to see Mr. Gowski. What an easy going, nice guy!! Zero pressure, zero maneuvering, zero games. I know exactly why Mom liked him so much. We bought a low miles, 2020 Odyssey at a good price (we had price shopped) from Mr. Gowski the first day we visited. Love this van. Love it. I've never driven a van before, but wow!! What a great ride! And soooo much room!! Very grateful to Courtesy Honda for having good people like Mr. Gowski there. Buying a car can end up being a complete misery. This was anything but that! :) Thank you so much for being awesome, Mr. Gowski! :) Mr. Arben Khabashi was also a terrific, low pressure, very enjoyable guy to work with when it came time to complete the piles of paperwork on the purchase. This review is for Bee in the parts department. She was very kind compared to the other couple gentleman I was working with earlier on a small part that I really needed. She really understood customer service and the frustration that I was going through because the other guys kept ordering the wrong part she got it handled got it to me same day I called in and just treated me with professionalism and kindness. She is a definite asset for the dealership hopefully she will move up because she deserves a raise and a promotion. Some people get customer service some people don't she gets it. After searching for months (literally since the beginning of February) for the perfect 2021 Honda Ridgeline, we came upon Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. Out of the 12 dealerships throughout Florida that I worke of February) for the perfect 2021 Honda Ridgeline, we came upon Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. Out of the 12 dealerships throughout Florida that I worked with, CPHH offered us the best price out the door, and the best service. Other dealerships tried to hide fees, unnecessary packages and more. I worked with Tammy Rivera and Brian Dudley and they were awesome. They both were quick to respond, respectful of my time, and were great with explaining everything to me. Additionally, they were straightforward, gave us a great price out the door, and the whole experience was seamless. We absolutely love our new Ridgeline and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Despite the dealership being about two hours from us, I would 100% use them again for our next Honda. More

They didn’t try to sneak in a number, they would never tell you a price but s remember is how honest they were when I bought my Honda CR-V from them.
