I took my 2016 HRV into courtesy palm harbor for a clunking sound in the front suspension, after my service technician takes 8 hours to give me an inconclusive diagnose ... these techs work on Honda v clunking sound in the front suspension, after my service technician takes 8 hours to give me an inconclusive diagnose ... these techs work on Honda vehicles exclusively and can't determine the problem !. My service advisor JUSTIN ELLIS never returned my (4) calls, 1 go in to speak to the service manager which apologizes for his staff and waives the diagnostic fee and tells me he'll have his best tech recheck my vehicle. After having my vehicle for 4 days I get a different diagnosis to replace my upper strut mount, the service manager has yet to contact me about the parts he supposedly ordered. When a service manager gives you his word with a hand shake then never contacts you again you know your dealing with some unprofessional people. More
Recently we were looking for a new vehicle to replace one that was lost in a hurricane. I've always been a loyal Ford owner. Upon pulling into Courtesy Palm harbor Honda dealership we were not attacked by salesman but were greeted very nicely by Jay. We did not go in looking for a new CRV as we wanted to stay within a price range and looked at some low mileage, slightly older vehicles. We will not forced or directed into any other vehicles is. We have bought numerous vehicles in the past. After we found a vehicle that met our needs, we asked about a new vehicle just to compare. We were showing a couple of 2025 CRVs and after comparing the price, warranty, and the professionalism of the sales suppressant we opted to go with the 2025 without excessively exceeding our budget. As with any car dealership, it did take a while to get all the paperwork done, the financing and since we chose a car that was not already prepped they had to get the car ready for us. When we left courtesy Honda we felt that we and made a good decision on our purchase. Once again, Jay and the whole sales and finance team were a pleasure to deal with and we'll definitely recommend them in the future. More
